This 1998 traditional home felt closed off with small rooms, dark hallways, and a layout that no longer worked for a young family of five. We reimagined the entire floor plan by removing walls, enlarging windows, and creating a seamless connection between the kitchen, dining, and living areas.

Natural light now floods every corner, thanks to new oversized windows and glass sliding doors. We used reclaimed wood beams, shiplap accents, and matte black fixtures to achieve that cozy yet refined farmhouse aesthetic. The result is warm, inviting, and completely transformed.

Open Concept Living Achieved

We removed three load-bearing walls with proper structural reinforcements, creating one expansive great room. The new kitchen island anchors the space, while the dining and lounge areas flow naturally around it. Family gatherings now feel connected, airy, and wonderfully spacious.

Curb Appeal Completely Redesigned

Exterior updates included new HardiePlank siding, a covered front porch, black-framed windows, and modern landscape lighting. The once-forgotten facade now welcomes guests with warmth and style. Neighbors have stopped by just to ask who did the work and how they can get the same.
