We do not outsource. From rough lumber to final assembly, everything happens under one roof.

We begin with kiln-dried lumber, milled to precise thickness. Every joint is cut by hand or with guided machinery, never rushed. Drawers are dovetailed. Doors are frame-and-panel. Stone slabs are waterjet-cut from digital templates, then hand-polished. You receive progress photos every week.
Finishing happens in a dust-controlled spray room. We use low-VOC oils, hard waxes, and lacquers depending on the piece’s intended use. Stone tops receive multiple sealant coats with curing time between each. Every piece is fully assembled in our shop before disassembly for delivery. What you see there is what arrives at your home.

We maintain a ratio of no more than five active fabrication projects at any time. This discipline ensures that every piece receives focused attention. Your cabinet doors will be fitted twice—once in the white (unfinished) and again after finishing. Your stone top will be dry-fitted on a plywood template identical to your cabinet before it is cut. These extra steps are invisible in the final piece but essential to its quality. Rushing is not an option in our workshop.
For stone fabrication, we partner only with local shops that share our standards. The digital template is sent directly from our CNC files to their waterjet, eliminating measurement errors. Each slab is photographed before cutting, and you approve the vein placement. For wood, we mill every board to leave room for final hand-planing. Machine marks are removed by hand. This combination of digital precision and hand finishing is what separates custom furniture from mass-produced pieces. You will feel the difference the first time you touch it.
