Classic Craftsman Bungalow Refresh
This charming 1924 bungalow had great bones but suffered from outdated electrical, worn flooring, and a kitchen that felt like a time capsule from the 1970s. Our goal was to preserve its historic character while bringing modern comfort and functionality into every room for a young couple starting their life together.
We kept the original fireplace and built-in shelving intact, then added fresh paint in soft neutrals, refinished the oak floors, and updated all systems behind the walls. The kitchen received custom shaker cabinets, quartz counters, and new appliances hidden behind paneled fronts for a seamless look.
Historic Charm Meets Modern Living

We balanced preservation with progress by restoring original woodwork and adding smart home features discreetly. New wiring, plumbing, and HVAC hide behind walls. The result feels like a step back in time, but performs like a brand-new home for daily life.
Front Porch Became Favorite Spot

We completely rebuilt the sagging front porch with new cedar columns, fresh decking, and a beadboard ceiling. Comfortable swing seating and soft lighting now invite morning coffee and evening chats. It has quickly become the most loved space in the entire home.
