Urban Loft Style Makeover
This downtown Chicago condo felt generic and uninspired, with beige walls, basic finishes, and a layout that wasted valuable square footage. The owner, a young professional, wanted an edgy, urban loft aesthetic that reflected her personality and made the most of every inch of her 1,450-square-foot space.
We exposed the concrete ceiling, installed polished concrete flooring, and added floor-to-ceiling metal shelving that doubles as room dividers. A bold dark navy kitchen with brass accents became the focal point. The space now feels like a boutique hotel suite in the sky.
Industrial Edge With Warmth Added

We softened the raw concrete and steel with warm wood accents, textured rugs, and layered lighting. Pendant fixtures and track lights create different moods for work, entertaining, and relaxation. The result is edgy yet livable, cool yet comfortable.
Smart Storage Solved Every Issue

Custom floor-to-ceiling shelving and hidden closet systems gave this condo more storage than most houses. Every drawer and cabinet was designed with purpose. Nothing feels cluttered, because everything has its place, making small-space living feel effortless and luxurious.
