This 1958 mid-century modern gem had fallen into disrepair, with cracked terrazzo floors, outdated kitchen appliances, and a layout that felt closed off from the stunning desert landscape outside. The owners, design enthusiasts, wanted an authentic restoration that honored the original architecture while introducing contemporary comforts and sustainable materials throughout.

TWe restored the original terrazzo floors to their former glory, updated the kitchen with period-appropriate cabinetry and new high-end appliances, and replaced all windows with energy-efficient glass that still respects the home's iconic clean lines. The open-plan living area now flows effortlessly to the renovated outdoor patio, complete with a fire pit and native desert landscaping.
