Scandinavian Minimalist Space Plan

This Portland home suffered from a choppy layout, mismatched finishes, and zero visual flow between rooms. The owners craved a clean, calming Scandinavian aesthetic characterized by light wood, neutral tones, and functional simplicity. They wanted every element to serve a purpose, with nothing wasted on unnecessary decoration or clutter.

We removed interior walls to create a bright, open living area, installed pale oak flooring throughout, and added custom built-in storage that disappears into the walls. The kitchen features handleless cabinetry, a marble-look quartz island, and integrated appliances that keep surfaces completely clear and uncluttered.

Light And Airy Throughout Home

Pale wood floors, white walls, and sheer window treatments reflect natural light deep into the home. Mirrors and glass doors amplify the openness. The home now feels twice its size and instantly calms anyone who walks through the door.

Smart Layout Maximizes Every Foot

Every square inch was analyzed and repurposed. Hallways became gallery walls, alcoves became reading nooks, and dead corners became storage. The floor plan feels generous and intentional. Nothing is wasted, and everything works together seamlessly.
